How we trade
The conditions below apply to wholesale orders. Anything marked “Contact us” is agreed individually with your quotation.
How it works — a simple 6-step process
Request
Send your target products, quantity and target price.
Quotation
We check availability and prepare a quotation.
Payment
Confirm stock, then pay by Wise or bank transfer.
Inspection
Your order is checked against the quotation and packed in Japan.
Shipping
Dispatched from Japan by international courier.
Restock
Repeat orders and new sourcing requests.
Trading conditions

- Card shops, resellers, live sellers and distributors with an active sales channel.
- Pricing
- Wholesale prices are not published. Quotations are prepared individually based on quantity and destination.
- Minimum order quantity
- Contact us — agreed with each quotation.
- Minimum order value
- Contact us — agreed with each quotation.
- Payment methods
- International bank transfer or Wise.
- Payment timing
- Prepayment before dispatch, in principle.
- Quotation validity
- Contact us — stated on each quotation.
- Stock reservation
- Inventory is subject to availability. Stock is only secured after quotation and confirmation.
- Hold period
- Contact us — agreed per order.
- Shipping origin
- Packed and shipped from Japan.
- Shipping method
- International courier. Transit time depends on destination.
- Shipping cost
- Buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Duties and import taxes
- Buyer's responsibility. Terms for your destination are confirmed with the quotation.
- Inspection
- Your order is checked against the quotation and packed in Japan. Graded cards and sealed boxes are checked individually; bulk lots are checked at lot level against the agreed composition.
- PSA certification numbers
- Masked on public images. Full certification details are available to verified wholesale buyers.
- Returns and cancellation
- Contact us — agreed per transaction before ordering.
